At Sterling we like to go the extra mile to help good cause

But Giles Brown, who handles our public relations, decided he would go even further than that – a whole 30 miles further in fact – to raise money for our local Duddon and Furness Mountain Rescue Team.

Earlier this month Giles, who works for us on a freelance basis, hiked over 24 Lake District peaks of more than 700m in height in one 24 hour period – starting at midnight and finishing at 10pm. So far he has raised nearly £200 in donations tor Duddon and Furness Mountain Rescue Team.
