A fundraising lottery can be split into two broad areas - the administration of the lottery and the promotion of the lottery, and both are equally important.  Vanguard is Sterling's Lottery administration service, under which we handle all of the routine administration relating to the lottery - this means that there is no administration burden for your organisation, so you can focus all your efforts on promoting your lottery.  The key areas undertaken as part of the service include:

Set up of a dedicated telephone number for your lottery members to call if they have any queries - answered by our fully trained staff.

We provide comprehensive management reporting for each draw.  We will also supply you with our Sterling Member's software for up to two users.  This contains all members details, payment and winning histories with full filtering and reporting capabilities.  Data files can be provided for import.  It should be noted that all data remains in your ownership at all times.

 

You will have support from a dedicated account manager on an on going basis.  We work proactively to ensure our clients are up to date with legal developments, new marketing activities, best practices and so on.

 

Complete bookkeeping service, production of monthly profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and preparation of Statutory Lottery Returns.
