Sterling celebrates new space for lottery innovation

As 2017 drew to a close, we started our Christmas celebrations early!

On 13th December 2017, Sterling hosted an Opening Event to celebrate the investment made into our newly refurbished office space.

The investment has seen our family-run business transform into a modern space for lottery fundraising innovation. Working with local company Centric Office Solutions, Managing Director Richard Dixon made a significant investment into a complete office refurbishment; to maximise space, provide modern facilities, reflect Sterling’s brand and create an improved working environment.

Richard Dixon, Managing Director, said, “The investment has made a huge difference to our working environment and is now a modern space for our staff and clients. Our offices have now caught up with our forward-thinking ethos.

The event was opened officially by the Mayor of Barrow-in-Furness, and was attended by our staff, partners and clients.

The Mayor of Barrow, Cllr Tony Callister, said, “The work that the Sterling team is doing with charities is absolutely brilliant. It’s great to see a business start in Barrow and now, almost 4 decades later, is an expanding Barrovian business working with charities all over Britain.

The event not only celebrated the opening of the new office space, but was also a great way to round off a fantastic year. 2017 was an incredible year for Sterling with the launch of lotteries for Oxfam, PDSA, Shelter, National Autistic Society, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, National Osteoporosis Society and Unison, as well as growing our business and welcoming a plethora of new clients; take a look at our new charity partners below.
